As-is, no warranty
The app is provided as-is during development without warranty of any kind. We do our best, but we make no guarantees about functionality, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the rights to the data you import into the app. You are also responsible for maintaining your own backups. The app reads archives and does not modify them, but nothing is guaranteed.

Takeout Photo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google, Google Photos, Google Drive and Google Takeout are trademarks of Google LLC.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date when we do. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
